It's now available a new command to export the model in a ".MHI" file, for the dimensional check software 3DFI of M&H GmbH.
This command allows the dimensional check and certification of the implants just after the machining, straight on the machines equipped with the probe and the measuring software 3DFI.
This solution avoids to loose time for re-scanning or measuring on a dedicated machine.
The dimensional inaccuracy of the machine's axes are compensated thanks to the calibrating functions of the 3DFI software in order to satisfy the need of precision of results. This function is already available for many machine tools equipped with M&H's probe and software, like: Mikron, Hermle, Roeders, DMG and others.
At the moment it is possible to apply this function to the implant's holes, but it will soon be extended to crowns and bridges.
