The user interface is simple and intuitive, all available functions are featured in a step-by-step mode in order to guide the user through the creation of the desired machining process. It's not required a specific CAM experience to obtain high-quality results.   The stock library is easily-editable to add custom shapes and several raw materials from different suppliers. You can combine and manage simultaneously multiple stocks and partially used stocks to be re-machined. The program manages the material scale factor defining the different shrinkage of any block. To reduce stock thickness SUM3D Dental features the automatic optimization of 4th and 5th axes angle inclinations.
 
s3d2sx The nesting optimizes the usage of stock material arranging multiple parts in the best position.Support and sintering pins are automatically added to hold the part during the process, their shape, size and position can be easily modified.

This SUM3D DENTAL module fully manages all the information related to the production. It is possible to create statistics of the performed machinings and re-machinings. Several filters enable to sort and display data by customer, date, etc.
